Mabolo Garden Flats is not too far, yet not too close to everything. Internet is at 100Mbps up (superfast). INCLUDED: Smart TV, Small workspace, Split-type AC, 7.5Kg front load washing machine, Alkaline drinking water filter, so no need to buy bottled water (5 gallon purified bottles also available for 35PHP), Shower heater, rain head shower, Small safe, Built-in kitchen stoves, Small balcony, Pool and gym. There is a small cafe as well as a small store at the lobby. Please treat our place as you would treat your place. Please also be clean. We will require repayment of broken utensils/furniture/appliance/abuse of what is provided, as well as cleaning fee if stains or blood marks are found on sheets.

Tres Borces Padres is not the Champs-Élysées, it is a rather uninteresting street. You may hear roosters, dogs, and street vendors during your stay. However, it is walking distance to major supermarkets (Landers 8 minutes and Ayala 15 minutes) and just a 5-minute ride away from IT Park. There are a few restaurants and massage venues along the street and very close to the building.
