Richville Little Boracay Guest house is owned and manage by young couple who were once a traveller before where they got ideas on how to manage such business. It was established May 2022 where guest started to visit the place and as day goes by they are building their identity and started to be known by travellers because of the good service they provide, the owner and staff are so friendly and the good experiences from the previous guest provides a testament for anyone who are looking for a legit guest house in Calatagan.

Richville Little boracay guest house is a home for all tourists who wish to stay and relax and complete their little boracay getaway. Strategically located in Poblacion 2 where it is 5 minutes away going to new public market of Calatagan. We are not in a beachfront but we are 7-10 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride to little boracay floating cottage port. The house has 3 units. Per unit can accommodate 8 persons with private comfort room and mini kitchen with basic kitchen utensils free to use. In front of the room has a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee and the farm view outside. We also have a common dining area where you can enjoy your food and eat together. We also offer alcoholic drinks also if you want to enjoy and have the happy hour. Videoke is also available but it is for rental per day. WIFI is available but limited only to few gadgets but mobile netwaorks has a good signal in the property FOR LITTLE BORACAY, we offer Exclusive floating cottage rental which includes the four destinations in the tour-Little boracay, the sandbar, starfish area and snorkeling area. The rate of floating cottage is not yet included in our room rate. Maximum of 15 persons only per raft is allowed as per LGU protocol and no daytour for all wednesdays as it is for clean-up day only. Daytour time is 7AM to 4PM, thus our check in time has two options. >Check in 7AM and out 7AM the nextday or >Check in 5pm and check out at 330pm the next day. This is to maximize the time in the beach area where you can fully enjoy your daytour to little boracay. NOTE: ALL WEDNESDAYS - NO DAYTOUR to little boracay as per LGU protocol Our property does not have an in house restaurant but you can cook your food here or go to nearby restaurants. We also offer BOODLE LUNCH by the beach for those who want to skip the hassle of preparing and cooking your food going to little boracay.. We will send it by boat and you just need to wait your food and enjoy.

We are 5 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride to floating cottage port going to Litle boracay of Calatagan, Batangas and 5 minutes away to market, restaurants and coffee shops, hospital and police station.
