Neighbourhood information

Near the world-famous Cloud 9 surf break, our villas offer a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the island’s action. 🌴 We want to be upfront about a few things during this time: Road access: The road leading to the villas was damaged by the monsoon. It can be bumpy and may flood during heavy rains. Repairs are underway with the community, and in the meantime, we’re happy to help arrange car or scooter rentals. Two-bedroom villas: Construction is ongoing within the perimeter, which may result in some noise during the from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (September 2025). Three-bedroom villas: Renovation work runs from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (September to October 2025), including roof, bathroom, and fence repairs. You may see ladders and tarps along the pathway, as well as hear occasional noise. We appreciate your understanding as these works continue. Rest assured, our team is here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. 🌊✨
