The property is located in the City center. Five (5) minutes away by Car to Seaport or pier. Walking distance to Supermarket. Just 100 meters away to the nearest convenience store. Easily accessible to major local transportation. This is a homestay by design. Though, the space is a little bit limited but we make sure that privacy and cleanliness is being maintained. The exact size of the Bed is 75 inches x 48 inches (Semi-Double Bed). The area of the Toilet and Bath is 65 inches x 50 inches. For us to viably operate the property in an afforble price range, we only have Cold Shower (No Hot shower) and No TV set. However, substantial internet wifi connection is provided. With affordable room rate and a comfortable place to rest at night after a long day of touring around Bohol, this place is for you.

Love to welcome visitors. Also busy with other business as Tour transportation operator. And a Traveller.

The neighbors are friendly, easy to get along with. A typical city dwellers in the Philippines that loves to sing Karaoke. The surroundings is a bit populated but all are known to each other as this is a compound of the owners familys and relatives. Basically the place is generally safe to Visitors.
