• Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the property will accept cash/credit card. The full amount of the reservation must be paid upon check-in.

• A security deposit of ₱ 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

• Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in.

- The Richie pool is closed from 1 September 2025 to 19 October 2025.

- The Rose pool is closed from 21 October 2025 to 5 November 2025.

- Please note that renovation work of the waterpark will be carried out from 1 September 2025 until further notice and will be closed during that time.

• Please note that free breakfast is only for children up until 4 years old.

• Please note that Internet access may be intermittent due to aftermath of the recent typhoon.
