We are Family who loves to travel We have 2 owned units in SMDC wind residences 1 owned unit in Ayala Serin East And Staycation Houses in Tagaytay LOCATION: We are located along the highway in Brgy. Francisco, Tagaytay City. 10min drive from Olivarez Rotunda. 10-15 min drive from the following: • Fora mall • Ayala Mall Serin • Tagaytay Restaurants and cafe • Starbucks • Picnic Grove We are approximately 15-20 minutes away from: • Skyranch • Palace in the Sky • Pink Sisters All driving estimated time. Other things to note -Tagaytay establishments are all CLOSED by 9pm. Please buy your food, ice, drinks, soap, water, etc. before checking-in. -We allow early check-in and out provided that there is no guest before or after your stay. -Pillows and blankets are available however we DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS AND TOILETRIES -No loud music and karaoke after 10pm. -Please declare the exact NUMBER OF GUESTS to avoid further charges. -You may bring your own tents for an outdoor camping experience. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PUT DIAPERS ON THEM, PEED/SOILED/ STAINED BEDDINGS,PILLOWS,BLANKETS,MATRESS WILL BE CHARGED 200/ITEM. FAQs: 1. utensils? kitchenwares? rice cooker? **YES. we provide everything you just need bring food to cook. rice cooker provided. 2. Towels & Toiletries provided? ** NO. kindly bring your own towels & toiletries 3. Possible for early check-in? ** NO. due to some cases before. please come in at 2pm so we have ample time to clean your staycation house. 4. additional guests allowed after 8 guest? ** NO to avoid inconveniences on your stay and Overcrowding of unit **Rates differs on number of guest **All ages counted as 1 guest 5. can we use videoke after 10pm? **Sorry but NO.
