Our unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the master bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is a living room area with a comfortable sofa set and a new 55-inch samsung UHD smart TV equipped with Netflix and Prime Video for free plus a high speed Wifi of up to 500 mbps. The kitchen area is equipped with a top-range oven, cooking utensils, a microwave, kettle, bread toaster, rice cooker, and a full-size refrigerator. Additionally, the unit has a washer-dryer combination. We also have complimentary soap, shampoos, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton, cotton buds, tissues, coffee, tea and alkaline mineral water 😊

Hi, I am Marj. I am the unit owner. I really enjoy this business of mine, especially knowing that my guests are very satisfied with the service that we provide. I make sure you will love the place. I myself am the one cleaning and preparing the unit before your check-in to make sure that everything is in order, clean and well-sanitized 😊

Friends and family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located and safest area in Manila. Which is in the Bonifacio Global City. You get to relax in the unit on an air conditioned rooms and a perfect view of the pool. This place is just opposite side of Mitsukoshi mall, walking distance to Uptown mall, SM Aura Mall and Market Market Mall. Walking distance to the biggest private hospital in Manila the St. lukes Medical Hospital. The biggest international supermarket in Manila is just at the ground floor of our Condo. Walking distance to big clubs like Xylo. Just around 2mins. walk to Grand Hyatt hotel. The star of the show is the cafe downstairs. Who doesn’t love a great coffee? 😉
