Your floor is a cozy loft/ attic floor with 100m2 space where 1-6 people can stay easily. please note that there is no separate entrance to your apartment. Entrance is from within the house by using a rather narrow spiral staircase whose photo you can see in pictures section. you will be completely separated from the rest of the house and have your private space. Your loft is decorated to be both comfortable and aesthetic. There is a bedroom with a fullbed, a small bay with twin beds, and in the huge salon we offer two comfortable sofas with matching ottoman benches . An antique indonesian coffee table and teakwood kitchen table can both be used as a work area. wi-fi is available. there is also a large terrace where you can get fresh air on sunnier days. I want to remind guests that we aren't a commercial hotel/hostel or company. This is private property but We do provide invoice. Please note that events and parties are allowed but are subject to extra payment. Please contact for rates. And all check-in requests after midnight will be subject to extra payment as well
We are a family with 3 boys. our family is multicultural and multilingual. As a couple we work in education sector. Our Kids are between ages 16 to 20
Michalowice is one of the most popular residential suburbs of Warsaw. Officially a village just outside the borders of warsaw , it is indeed closer to Warsaw city center than many districts of Warsaw. The connection roads are the best in city so you can get to city center by car or by train in 15-20 minutes max. Our neighborhood is made up of single family houses with gardens, clean well-taken-care-of streets and lots of green space in between. there are many supermarkets nearby and if you are into it, many possibilities for casual sports. Biking and running in warm weather and ice skating in winter is popular. you can easily get here anywhere from warsaw with a short Uber ride.
