Bardzo blisko do głównego deptaka i Pieniawy oraz Parku Szachowego. Kilka kroków od ogólnodostępnego źródełka wody mineralnej. Apartament znajduje się w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie niedźwiedzia polarnego. Rzeźba niedźwiedzia polarnego to jedna z wielu atrakcji Polanicy-Zdrój.
