This apartment is a great choice for guests who value comfort and tranquility. It's located on the 8th floor of a 10-story building, offering beautiful views of the city. The building has an elevator. The apartment offers all the amenities necessary for a longer stay. The apartment consists of: 1) a fully equipped kitchen (furniture, appliances such as an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, essential tableware, and basic refreshments such as coffee and tea), connected to a living room with a comfortable sofa, table and chairs for four people, wardrobe (including an ironing board and iron), and a TV; 2) a bedroom with a double bed and cotton bedding; 3) a bathroom with a shower and towels for each guest; 4) a balcony equipped with two lounge chairs and a clothes dryer.
