Comfortable Apartments Our newly built, two-level apartments, heated year-round, are peaceful retreats designed for those who value comfort and a unique atmosphere. The interior designs were created with passion by the owner, Mrs. Asia, who personally sketched them. Completed in 2025 (in April, May, and June), they combine modern standards with a cozy ambiance. Open the window, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy the view of the picturesque meadow and surrounding trees. Family Vineyard Na Polanie Right next to the apartments is our family vineyard, where we lovingly cultivate our grapevines. Guests can participate in intimate tastings and wine tourism experiences, learning about the history of the place and the secrets of winemaking (advance reservation required). It’s a wonderful opportunity to spend time in a magical atmosphere, close to nature and local traditions. Additional Amenities Optional breakfast prepared from local ingredients. Our Story – Siedlisko Na Polanie We are a married couple with over 33 years of shared life. Mrs. Asia is a creative soul who has always beautified the spaces she inhabits. From childhood, she cherished nature and places far from the city’s hustle and bustle. Once we felt at home in our own space, and our three daughters had moved to the cities, new ideas and hobbies began to emerge—projects that would make family and loved ones want to visit us even more. That is how our vineyard was born, a place where we gather every year as a family to spend time together and share what we love. Passion and Creativity Our journey with Siedlisko and the vineyard began with a dream: to create a place that combines the beauty of nature, creativity in space design, and the warmth of family gatherings. Every corner of Siedlisko Na Polanie has been designed with attention to detail—the interiors of the apartments reflect Asia’s passion for unique and beautiful solutions, while the surrounding landscape highlights our closeness to nature. Vineyard Na Polanie Together, we run the vineyard, which has become the heart of our place. Here, in an intimate and family-friendly atmosphere, we cultivate grapevines and celebrate moments with loved ones. Tastings and stories about winemaking allow our guests to discover our history and see how nature and tradition intertwine with a modern approach to creating this unique space. Nature, Pond, Pool, and Relaxation Corner At the heart of Siedlisko, you’ll find a mixed and spruce forest, along with expansive green areas—perfect for walks and peaceful relaxation on a hammock or sunbed. For those seeking a moment of tranquility, we have also created a pond and a relaxation corner with a pool, and in the future, we plan to add a sauna—a perfect place for complete relaxation and rejuvenation. Surroundings and Activities The area around Siedlisko offers even more nature and attractions for active tourists. Just 1.5 km away, you’ll find Wąsowo Palace and the Folwark Wąsowo restaurant, while a bit further stretches the Land of 100 Lakes, with the nearest lakes only 3 km from us. Our estate is only a 50-minute drive from the center of Poznań, making it easy to combine a nature getaway with city sightseeing. The area also features regional museums, a zoo, and kilometers of scenic cycling trails.
