Please note that the local office is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 17:00. If your expected arrival time is after 17:00 or during the weekends and public holidays, please inform the office at least 24 hours in advance at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation.

Please note that the office is situated on the ground floor of the building (Uzdrowiskowa Street 18); Guests should report to this office upon arrival to pick up their keys.

Due to ongoing modernization works of fire protection and water installations, temporary interruptions in access to water may occur. Apartments may be exposed to noise. The planned completion date of the works is November 15, 2024.

客人将收到租赁协议，且需在到店前签署协议并返还给住宿。如客人未按时收到协议，应按预订确认上显示的电话号码联系住宿管理公司。

当成人携带儿童一起入住酒店时，请注意，酒店有法律义务执行未成年人保护标准，确定未成年人的身份及其与同住成人的关系。
