The Apartamenty Świnoujście company has been operating since 2005. Since then, we have been managing the rental of 270 apartments and houses on the local market. Our main direction is the seaside district. Every day, our team of employees puts their heart and a lot of hard, dedicated work into providing excellent service and achieving 100% satisfaction of our guests. Customer Service Department - in our office, every day, between 8 am and 6 pm for 365 days, our staff greets you with a kind word and a smile on their face, for check-in/check-out and to provide information and tips regarding your holiday stay We offer a high standard of customer service in three languages ​​(Polish, German, English)

Property information

Villa Stil is located in the seaside villa district of Świnoujście. Konopnicka Street is the first parallel street to the promenade, 150m from the sea and 50m from the promenade. The building has been thoroughly modernized and rebuilt, preserving the old elements and architecture. On the property you will find a barbecue area. In the background there is a newly built Villa Stil II building, and behind it there are parking spaces. The quiet location of the building will ensure a pleasant stay. NOTE: As of 09.05.2024, Construction work has started on a residential building in the direct neighbourhood of the site, unfortunately there may be noise disturbance.

Neighbourhood information

At the entrance to the beach, a newly built promenade begins, with a path for bicycles, a path for rollerblading and a place to walk and rest. The promenade is connected on the one hand with the famous cross-border pedestrian and bicycle path leading to German towns, and on the other with the main promenade of Świnoujście with restaurants and attractions.
