The artist villa is located on the outskirts of the seaside resort of Trzebiez (formerly Ziegendorf), 20000 m walking distance to the beach, 1000 m to the Marina, on the edge of a picturesque forest. Perfect for enjoying the impressive nature of the Szczecin Lagoon surrounded by art. Szczecin with its top restaurants and vibrant art scene can be reached in 30 minutes by car or bus (bus stop right outside the property).
