The apartment is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Vendo Park Chorzów, featuring shops such as Lidl, Biedronka, Action, Dealz, Pepco, and Rossmann. Excellent public transport options are available within 5 minutes, offering easy connections to Chorzów Centrum, Katowice, Zabrze, and Gliwice. The nearest tram stop is just a 7-minute walk away, with direct trams to Katowice city center in around 20 minutes. Chorzów Batory train station is also just a 7-minute walk, providing fast access to Katowice in under 10 minutes. For those with a car, there’s quick access to major roads: DTS – approx. 10 minutes to Katowice A4 motorway – approx. 15 minutes to Zabrze and 25 minutes to Gliwice A park is located right next door, complete with a playground and a bicycle rental station—perfect for relaxing or getting around. Free street parking is available directly in front of the building.
