The property is located in a fully refurbished historical residence which was once the childhood home of Helena Rubinstein, the founder of the HR cosmetic brand. Set within Kraków’s old Jewish district, Kazimierz, Crystal Suites Chez Helena offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with satellite channels. The Wawel Castle is within a 13-minute walk. The design interiors of the Chez Helena are modern and elegant, decorated mostly in white with colour elements. Each one comes with fully equipped kitchenette, a CD and DVD player as well as an iPod docking station. Kraków’s Old Town’s Main Market is within 1.4 km, and Plac Nowy, the centre of the district’s night life, is 350 metres away from the Crystal Suites. The Remuh Synagogue is less than 50 metres away. Breakfast is served in the restaurant Kolanko no 6, located 300m from our apartments. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet and includes hot dishes (scrambled eggs, sausages, roasted vegetables), cold dishes (salads, tarts, pates, cold cuts, cheese), bread, pastries, muesli, milk, yoghurts, jams, coffee, tea, water. Breakfast is available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Breakfast for the following day can be ordered at the reception until 6:00 pm. Please keep in mind that in case of reservations with breakfast included, it is included in rate for adults and children above 4 years old. For younger children breakfast can be purchased separately at reception.

Crystal Suites chez Helena is located in boutique residence built between XIX and XX century, which was for sure a witness of many crucial historical events. Regaining of independence, brutality of II World War, years of communism are just a few worth to mention. What is particularly unique about our location is that it was once a childhood home of Helena (Chaja) Rubinstein, founder of HR cosmetic brand and one of the world’s richest woman during XX century. Each apartment was named after one of Helena’s sister and each one has its own unique feel and design. Tasteful interiors of Crystal Suites chez Helena were background of fashion photoshoots on multiple occasions. Location of the apartments: Deluxe with pricate patio - on ground floor Deluxe with courtyard view - on 1st floor Family Penthouse - 3rd floor There's no elevator in the building. In Family Penthouse one bedroom has doors and can be locked. Other bedroom is in fact sleeping area divided from the rest of living room by curtains.

周边信息

Szeroka street is one of the historical centres of Kazimierz, the old Jewish disctrict, which was once a separate town. Three synagogues (Old, Wolf Popper, Remah) are the living proof of these times. Szeroka is also a main base for a week long Jewish Culture Festival, which take place every year in June. Szeroka is filled with traditional polish/jewish restaurants and within 5 minutes walking distance you will find the cultural centre of Kazimierz - Plac Nowy. In the mornings this little square hosts small fruit/vegetable stalls (vintage accessories on weekends), but at night, dozens of cafes and bars gathers all those who want to try famous Krakow's night life. However noises of the night life culture does not affect a quiet Szeroka street. With the guardian in form of the police station just on the other side of the street, guests can sleep tight!
