Perfect for large families or for a holiday with friends: Spacious holiday home with 300 square meters of living space spread over three floors. A total of five bedrooms and a living room are tastefully and high-quality furnished. On warm summer days you can certainly sit in the well-kept garden and on the large terrace with seating. Nothing stands in the way of a feel-good program - the treadmill, bubble bath and infrared sauna ensure that. Your holiday home is in a quiet location, about five minutes by car from the beach on the Baltic Sea, directly behind the German-Polish border. If you like a bit of hustle and bustle, head to the center of Swinoujscie (Swinoujscie), where there are many shops, restaurants and cafes. Details: Tourist tax Activities nearby: Swinoujscie, located near the Polish-German border, is the largest holiday resort on the island of Wolin and has an attractive tourist and gastronomic infrastructure. A wide variety of water sports are on offer and anglers can always find a quiet spot by the sea, lake or lagoon of Szczecin to cast their rods. The main means of transport should be bicycle, boat or your own feet to explore the beautiful countryside outside the town of Swinoujscies. Numerous, well-signposted cycle paths invite you to wonderful trips by bike. For those who prefer to be on the water, there are plenty of options: trips by canoe, pedal boat or motorboat are just as possible as a guided boat trip from one of the many harbors in the area.
