Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

Guests who would like to receive a VAT invoice, please contact the hotel staff immediately after booking.

Appropriate information with full company data and NIP number can be entered in the box on special requests in the booking form or passed directly to the staff.

Please note that the lack of information will make it impossible to issue an invoice later.

Please note that this property accepts Polish Tourist Voucher.

In order to verify the validity of the credit card and keep the reservation, the property temporarily holds a certain amount on the card prior to arrival. This action checks the card and the pre-authorized amount is released when paying for the reservation.

È richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 500 zł all'arrivo. Dovrai pagarlo con la carta di credito. Dovresti ricevere il rimborso entro 7 giorni dal check-out. Il deposito ti sarà rimborsato per intero sulla carta di credito dopo una verifica dello stato dell'alloggio.

Se soggiorni insieme a dei bambini, ricorda che la struttura è legalmente obbligata a seguire gli standard per la protezione dei minori e a determinare la loro identità e il rapporto con l'adulto con cui soggiornano.
