Lake House Podwilczyn is a new, wooden country house in Kashubia, directly on Lake Rybiec, stylishly finished with the best materials using the latest technologies. Podwilczyn is a former German village in Pomerania, in the Słupia Valley Landscape Park, in the Natura 2000 nature reserve. We are only 10 meters from the lake shore, with access to the swimming area and a small, charming beach. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, a living room, a viewing terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Each bedroom and living room has darkened windows and mosquito nets. There is a unique view of the lake directly from the living room. We invite you all year round, also in winter - our house is electrically heated (underfloor heating). An ideal place to relax in the countryside, without crowds, surrounded by greenery and protected nature. Still in Kashubia, among the forests but at the same time close to the Baltic Sea. Ustka (43 km) and nearby seaside towns can be reached in 50 minutes, and Gdańsk is 90 minutes away. The price includes: a premium Klafs sauna with a Sanarium heater and the option of a humid biosauna and aromatic baths, wood, bicycles, towels, bathrobes, a boat and a JBL hi-fi sound system with access to the Tidal audio library! There is also access to Netflix as well as numerous games and a library of books with titles in Polish, English and German. Our house by the lake in Kashubia is made of wood using ecological materials. It provides a unique, airy microclimate - ideal for the health of allergy sufferers. The house does not heat up too much on hot days, but on cold days it provides pleasant warmth - also from the goat stove. The property is fenced, there is a portable grill, a roofed shed, a fireplace, garden furniture and bicycles. We created a year-round house for ourselves - with attention to detail and the use of modern, ecological technologies. You will find peace and respite from the stress of everyday life here. We wanted to create a place to calm the senses, where the most important thing is nature, greenery, the lake and simply doing nothing...

We invite you to relax in peace and detox from civilization, the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist destinations. Podwilczyn is a small and quiet village 'like it used to be', without large farms and burdensome breeding. It is dominated by charming German houses built at the beginning of the 20th century. There are numerous forests and lakes around the Słupia River Valley (Krzynia, Konradowo), which can be reached on foot or by bike. There are numerous bicycle routes nearby, which can even take you to the Baltic Sea! You can spend the day by the sea and in the evening relax without crowds by the lake, by the fire, or on the terrace where you can admire birds, sunsets and stars. On rainy days you can simply admire nature on the partially covered terrace, or relax in the spa room. In the evening, we encourage you to relax by the fireplace and listen to music available on the hi-fi audio system. Lake Rybiec is also available to anglers, for whom we offer a free boat included in the rental price. Near the lake there is also a children's playground with a slide and swings. The area is also a paradise for mushroom pickers. The nearest store is 3 km away, Słupsk 23 km, Ustka 43 km, Gdańsk 124 km. In the surrounding towns there are larger supermarkets and local restaurants that also offer food delivery.
