Hi, I’m Barbara – and I’m happy to invite you to my place, where nature meets tranquility, close to the Slovakian border – a place that captivates with its views, peace, and proximity to the mountains. I welcome guests with an open heart because I believe that good experiences are created where kindness and freedom prevail.
The place I share on Booking was born from the desire to share what we have most beautiful – a space where you can truly relax. In everyday life, I am a wife and mother of three wonderful children. We also have a dog (a Labrador named Luna) who happily accompanies guests (if they wish).
If you are looking for an intimate, peaceful place to catch your breath and pause for a moment – you are warmly welcome here. You are truly invited.
See you soon!
Barbara
We would also like to inform you that we are currently building a new house right next to this building (the house is already standing; work is only being done inside). Because of this, the garden unfortunately doesn’t look as we had planned yet. But you are welcome to use it 🤗 We sincerely apologize and hope this will not spoil your stay ☺️
Jurgów is a picturesque village located in the Tatra County, offering many tourist attractions. It is home to the Hawrań ski area, which features two 4-person chairlifts. The village is ideal for lovers of mountain hiking, skiing, and snowboarding. Jurgów is situated only 4 km from the Slovak border.
Nearby, you can find the famous Bachledka treetop walkway as well as Lomnica, which can be reached either by cable car or on foot from Tatranská Lomnica. From Jurgów, hiking trails start leading to Morskie Oko, the Valley of Five Lakes (blue trail via the Wodogrzmoty Mickiewicza waterfalls), Rysy peak (red trail via the Black Lake under Rysy), as well as to the Zdziar Pass and the Szeroka Pass in the Bielskie Mountains (blue trail).
The surrounding area also offers numerous hikes, such as the green trail from Jurgów through Brzegi and Koziniec to Bukowina Tatrzańska, the trail from Jurgów to Górków Wierch—one of the most popular hiking routes in the Podhale region—or the trail over Czarna Góra to Trybsz, which connects two interesting villages on the western edge of the Polish Spisz region. Additionally, there are hiking paths along the Białka River nearby.
