We invite you to rent a unique Dutch house with a terrace, located above a private pond, surrounded by flowers and a vegetable garden. It's the perfect place to relax: you can fish, light a fire or enjoy the tranquility of nature. Only 150 m to Lake Sniardwy, in the buffer zone of forests full of mushrooms and bike trails. It is a paradise for nature lovers and a perfect place for holidays with family or friends. Discover the charms of this magical place! Our property is 2000 m². There is a Dutch house with an added terrace over the pond. The cottage has three bedrooms, and in the dining room there is a sofa bed that can sleep two people. The cottage has 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. Outside, on the terrace, there is a seating set and outdoor double beds, perfect for day or night naps, if you like to sleep outdoors. The terrace is protected by a mosquito net, which ensures comfort during relaxation. The lake is about 100 meters away. We use the entire cottage, except for the utility rooms, which are accessible, but contain the owners' private belongings. Please be especially careful with children, as the pond is very deep and dangerous. **Bedding:** Duvets are available, but please bring your own covers and towels. The sizes of individual bedding can be found in the photos. **Utility room:** On the terrace there is a room with a boiler and a vacuum cleaner. Please do not touch the owners' personal belongings. **Keys:** he key file for the utility rooms is located on the right side of the fridge. We do not jump on the terrace. **Cleaning:** Please clean up after yourself, including vacuuming and washing. Failure to clean will result in a penalty of PLN 300. We remind you that there are no cleaning ladies in the area, so please clean up after yourself – including the refrigerator, the house, the terrace and the place by the fire. **The pool is dangerous, please do not approach the water surface or swim in it.**

We are a veteran family (Polish/American) who loves hiking, horseback riding, and living outdoors. We cherish our lake house (home away from home), so please treat it as if it were your own.

Where you’ll be Zdory, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Poland - Lake Sniardwy is only 150 m away. - Forest - In the area there are Seksty lakes and picturesque forests. - The city of Pisz is about 20 minutes by car. - The nearest shop and restaurant are in the village of Zdory. Getting around You can bring your own kayaks or bicycles to freely move around the area. The village is about 2 km away, which makes a walk a very pleasant option.
