It is equipped with all necessary appliances: an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer. Shared meals can be enjoyed at the comfortable dining table. There is a large grocery store in the immediate vicinity, making daily shopping easy. Fans of active leisure will appreciate the proximity of the forest with an outdoor gym, perfect for walks, jogging, or a family bike trip. Although the estate is intimate, excellent public transport allows for quick access to the heart of Gliwice. A bus stop is located just 400 meters from the building, from where you can easily reach the city center. It is worth visiting the charming Market Square with the Town Hall, the historic Piast Castle, and the Municipal Palm House in Chopin Park – a great attraction for the whole family. A necessary point of interest is also the famous Gliwice Radio Tower, a symbol of the city. The Gliwice Łabędy railway station is 2 km away. The main railway station in Gliwice is about 6 km away, from where direct trains run to Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport (the journey takes about 50 minutes). The airport can also be reached by a direct bus.
