NOTICE: In this apartment, hot water is heated by a boiler. A full boiler provides enough hot water for one complete bath, but afterwards, it requires some time to reheat. If someone takes a shower immediately following a bath, there may not be enough hot water. After waiting for a while, the water will heat up again.
