The house is located next to a small forest, away from the main road, in the immediate vicinity of the AB Golf Club in Kołczewo on Wolin Island. There is a "Velo Baltico" pedestrian and bicycle path near the house, which takes you to Wisełka (3 km) or Międzywodzie (6 km), Dziwnów, and Kamień Pom. and even further along provincial road 102. You can also reach the charming, wild beach, located 2.5 km from the house, by bike or car. Our beach is still a little-known place and therefore not very populated. Near the facility there is a Dino market (200m) and a small restaurant offering rotisserie chickens, casseroles and burgers. There are also two fish smokehouses and a fish fryer in the town. HOUSE DESCRIPTION: The house on 2 floors has 6 bedrooms, a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment that allows you to prepare tasty meals. A large area around the house (2,500 m2) is for the exclusive use of guests - the possibility of barbecue, games and outdoor activities, as well as parking. It is perfect for large groups, up to 16 people!!! The location in the buffer zone of the Wolin National Park, near picturesque lakes: Lake Kołczewo (200 m) and Lake Recze (150 m), a forest and a golf course creates wonderful conditions for relaxation in the bosom of nature for people who want to escape from the city bustle or crowds typical of seaside resorts. The only inconvenience is currently the ability to use only one shower cabin. Hence the attractive price of renting a house!! The house is designed for a maximum of 16 people.
