The Nowe Kolibki estate is set between the forest and the sea, surrounded by greenery, with direct access to the Swelina Nature Reserve and the Sopot Northern Park. It’s just 800 meters from the beach (a 10–15 minute walk through the forest), making this location truly unique. Close to the heart of Sopot and the center of Gdynia, yet far from the busy tourist crowds. Perfect for active people – enjoy the seaside cycling path all the way to Gdańsk Brzeźno, numerous forest bike trails, and a smooth rollerblading route. Nearby you’ll find the SKM Sopot Kamienny Potok train station (10 minutes on foot), bus stops (5 minutes), shops (Lidl, Biedronka, Spar/Cliff Shopping Center), Aquapark, restaurants, cafés, as well as the piers in Sopot and Orłowo. Within a pleasant walking distance, there’s a lookout tower with breathtaking panoramic views over the Gdynia and Sopot forests and the sea. On Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, we recommend visiting the local farmers’ market “Jadłostajnia” in Kolibki Park for fresh and natural products.
