Tuyo Casa Sarabandy is a unique place with a garden hot tub and smokeless fireplace away from the hustle and bustle of the city, without leaving Warsaw, just 10 km from Chopin Airport. The villa is located at Sarabandy Street on the Ursynow district. ​ Ensuring the comfort and security of our guests, the property has been equipped with a self check-in system allowing access to the villa via the Yale app or individual access code. ​ On either side of the villa is a beautiful garden, which includes a wood-fired garden tub that you can use for an additional fee. In summer you can cool off by using the balia as a swimming pool or for warm baths, in winter-for cold plunges. ​ There is also an original smokeless fireplace lit only with wood, so you can enjoy spending time with family and friends by the glow of the fire. ​ The villa has 190m2 of living space and two floors with 4 bedrooms with a double bed each, 1 with a corner and 1 sofa bed, a Chill area with a swing and a place to read a book or work, living room with comfortable seating and TV with AppleTV (Netflix, HBO, Disney+, Youtube), dining room with a large dining table that seats 9 people and a fireplace, spacious kitchen with side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, Tchibo coffee machine, oven and microwave. On the terrace you will find a large table with benches and a portable barbecue. ​ There is space to park 2 cars on the property. The stay of a pet is charged at PLN 40 per day for 1 pet. We charge a damage deposit of PLN 700, which is refundable within 8-14 working days after the day of check-out. It is possible to pay the deposit by bank transfer up to 1 day before the start of your stay. Extending the check-out time to 11:00 involves a fee of 50 PLN. Check-out after 11:00 will be charged for the next full day. We delivery traditional, vegetarian or sweet breakfasts for our guests to the villa by 09:00 a.m. *Reservation required until 7:30 p.m.

This is an ideal place for those who enjoy walking and greenery, just 800 meters away is Kabacki Forest, and less than 600 meters from the property are the beautiful ponds Pozytywka and Czyste. The nearest stores are located on Pulawska Street: Lidl - 800 m Selgros and Auchan - 1.5 km, Designer Outlet Warszawa - 3,7km. The nearest bus stop is 450 m from the property, from where you can reach the nearest metro station in 25 minutes without unnecessary changes.
