The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-story building without an elevator, with a total area of 64 m2. It consists of: - 1 fully equipped kitchen (electric kettle, 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, mini grill with sandwich, panini, waffle options, coffee maker, SodaStream, Brita water jug, dishes, pots, cutlery, pans, etc.) - 3 rooms (2 bedrooms + 1 living room) - 1 bedroom with a large double bed + TV - 1 bedroom with a large double bed - Living room with a very large sofa bed + TV - 1 bathroom with a shower cabin and washing machine (free towels provided on-site) - 1 toilet equipped with toilet paper and cleaning supplies - 1 balcony with a table and chairs – entrance from the living room The apartment can accommodate a specified number of people, according to the reservation, not exceeding 6 people. Accommodating additional persons without the owner's consent is prohibited and will incur additional costs of 1000 PLN per person per day. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and common areas, with a penalty of 500 PLN (smoking allowed on the balcony and outside the community area). The apartment comes with 1 parking space on private property behind a barrier and surveillance. The remote control is provided during check-in. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with free Wi-Fi. The pet fee is 40 PLN per day, payable by Blik/Cash at check-in.

The apartment is located in Gdynia, in a very quiet and peaceful district of Babie Doły. In the neighborhood, there are 2 grocery stores, Polish Post Office, Parcel Locker, playground, football, volleyball, and basketball courts. You can also use the outdoor gym for free. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beach from the apartment, where you can admire beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. During the season, the beach is guarded by lifeguards. There is also the possibility to drive to the free parking right by the beach. The neighborhood is also close to Rewa, Mechelinki, Mosty, and Kosakowo.
