VacationClub ™ - Dubois 16C Apartment 11 is located on the 3rd floor of a tenement house in the very center of Kołobrzeg (no elevator) - Old Town. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a bakery with a confectionery on the ground floor of the building, grocery shopping is also possible within a few meters. The restaurant consists of a living room with a 160x200 cm convertible sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a 180x200 cm bed and a bedroom with a king size double bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a kitchenette. Terrestrial TV and the Internet are available on site. The apartment has air conditioning. Undoubtedly, the biggest advantage of this place is its location in the center, perfect for short and longer holidays for couples or families. There is a parking space in the garage which is located 600 m from the apartment. There are several non-guaranteed parking spaces on the premises of the facility.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the New Old Town and about 50 meters from the Old Town. There are 2 shopping malls nearby, and the streets are full of shops and cafes. A large city playground for children and a cinema are 50 meters away. The proximity to the train station will make it an ideal place for travelers traveling by PKP. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. For those who appreciate silence, we have 2 parks with numerous places to sit and even chess games.
