Our aim was to create villas where everyone would want to spend their dream holiday in the mountains. These are not micro cottages lined up next to each other, but two spacious and luxuriously furnished properties, designed to provide privacy and complete comfort for our guests. Each is completely independent, set away from the other to ensure peace and freedom. Our cottages are solidly built, with attention to every detail - from the warm, cosy interiors, to the comfortable bedrooms, to the fully equipped kitchens that will allow you to prepare your own meals. Two bathrooms in each cottage mean that even with more guests, you don't have to worry about the morning queue. And the evenings? It's time to relax in the private wood-fired hot tub, unwind in the sauna or barbecue together under the stars. In addition, guests can make use of the spacious barbecue hut and the children's playground. Our cottages are located in Marcinów, a picturesque, quiet village in the heart of the Kłodzko Valley. It is a real oasis of peace, where literally the road ends and all you can hear is birdsong and the rustle of trees. It is a place for those who seek a rest from the hustle and bustle, wish to slow down and savour every moment and at the same time have all the attractions of Kłodzko Valley at their fingertips. Our history with Marcinow began 12 years ago. We came here by accident, but immediately felt that this was our place. We fell in love with the silence, the wonderful view, the mountains around us and the extraordinary atmosphere of this environment. Over time, we moved to this village, and now we have decided to share this special corner of the world with others. Travelling around Poland and the world, we have always been looking for places that allow us to take a break from everyday life, but at the same time provide comfort, convenience and great views. With this in mind, we have created our villas - cosy but spacious, luxurious but naturally embedded in the surrounding nature. For us, the most important thing is that our guests feel at home here, that they can slow down and enjoy being close to nature. We want everyone who comes to us to feel the same enchantment with the Kłodzko Valley that we have felt for years. We will be happy to treat you to home-made products including smoked meats and old Polish bread baked in a real traditional bread oven.

We are only 25 minutes away from Czarna Góra ski resort and 35 minutes from Zieleniec - two of the most popular places in Poland for winter sports enthusiasts. For cross-country skiing folk, we also recommend nearby routes in Karłów, Spalona and Duszniki. In the summer, a trip to Śnieżnik is worthwhile, offering an unforgettable panorama of the Sudety Mountains. For those who want to conquer the Crown of Polish Mountains, our facility is a perfect starting point. The Kłodzko Valley is also a perfect destination for MTB enthusiasts - the local single tracks attract people from all over Poland. You will also find the numerous attractions of the Kłodzko Valley nearby, such as the Kłodzko Fortress, Błędne Skały, Szczeliniec Wielki or Kletno Bear Cave. It is a region full of history and extraordinary landscapes that delight at any time of the year.
