A two-room apartment with an open kitchen and a balcony overlooking a quiet neighborhood. The bedroom has a continental bed, wardrobe. In a larger room is a flat-screen TV with more than 100 cable channels, Netflix, Internet. There is also a sofa, wardrobe, cupboards, desk. Wireless Internet for any device is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen has a gas cooker with an oven, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, and pots. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Towels are provided. You park in designated areas or along the streets surrounding the block in which the apartment is located. There is no problem with free parking spaces. Parking spaces are paid from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Upon request, the host will provide free parking spaces approximately 200 meters away on foot from the apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet and well-kept area, with fast transport and easy access to shops, restaurants, galleries, cinemas, etc. There are three parks nearby, so a place for sports and relaxation is guaranteed. The old town is only 2.7 km away. It is also not boring in the evenings, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and parks are open, and since the area is safe, it is worth going for a walk. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Welcome to an intimate apartment in the green Żoliborz. We provide our guests with comfort and peace. Numerous attractions in the area provide entertainment and the opportunity to spend time in a variety of ways. Warsaw is a beautiful city with numerous monuments, such as the nearby Old Town, the Royal Route, and a modern part with shopping malls. The main entrance to Arcadia, Central Europe's largest shopping mall, is only 850 meters away on foot. There are many cafes, restaurants, theaters and a zoo in the city. At every step, you can rent bikes and an electric scooter and move to other parts of the city easily and pleasantly. Public transport is well organized. Upon request, I issue an invoice for the stay.
