I've been in the Hospitality Industry for over 9 years. I manage a handful of Guest Houses in Puerto Rico, plus i help with property management for many clients in and out of state! You will have my phone number for any emergency. However, I do not live in Old San Juan, but rather a 30-minute drive away from it. If there's anything you may need that requires my physical presence, please know that it could take me between 30 minutes - 1 hour to reach and find street parking in Old San Juan to help you out.

Enjoy a stylish/modern experience at this centrally located place. Our unit is located on Calle San Sebastian - Old San Juan, one of the city's liveliest streets. Short walk to El Morro Fort, La Factoria (Bar Rated in the top #30 of the world) restaurants, bars, shops, and many other historical landmarks of the city. This unit consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, WIFI & outdoor patio. Stay in the middle of the oldest city in the America's and enjoy the most out of your trip.

Staying in Old San Juan is a truly unique experience filled with charm and character. You can comfortably walk anywhere within Old San Juan. This is a truly walkable location with everything you need a short walk away. The apartment does not include parking. Nonetheless, there are convenient parking lots close to the apartment. There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites, all within walking distance: - Explore the El Morro Fort. There are daily tours of the fort and the large green areas have spectacular ocean views. Take a tour, have a picnic, and fly a kite. - Explore the iconic Calle San Sebastian nightlife. There is a large assortment of bars on this strip which is a favorite among locals on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. La Factoria is a world-rated bar, and it's just 50 steps away from us. - Breakfast at “La Bombonera”. This is a Puerto Rican landmark well known for its locally inspired breakfast and pastries. -There are many more to explore, let us know if you need help and we will gladly help you out.
