We have lived in Puerto Rico since 2008 and know the island well- any questions feel free to ask! Before that the Colorado Rockies were our home for many years. When we are not on the beach we are usually back in Colorado visiting friends and family. We love sharing the town of Breckenridge and the island of Puerto Rico with our visitors! If you have any questions about your trip feel free to contact us. Enjoy! We are so excited to have you experience Rincon and want you to have the best trip ever! We have a property manager that is available during your stay should anything unexpected pop up. To set you up for the best possible experience, we encourage you to ask questions prior to your trip and print your welcome pack as cell service on the island can be intermittent depending on your carrier.

This relaxing and tranquil space is perfect for the single adventure traveler or a couple looking for time to retreat and rewind. Located in a quiet local neighborhood just 3 houses from the ocean and 1/2 mile to amazing swimming beaches. This one bedroom (unit #2) has AC in the master and a full kitchen with open living space and high speed WiFi. Amazing covered back patio which includes a wet bar, hammock chairs and multiple relaxation zones. Opportunity to rent all 3 units for full privacy.

:This is a calm local neighborhood where you will really feel the "real Puerto Rico". It is very safe and secure and we offer a full gated property for your peace of mind. We are located slighly rural which means you will enjoy the sights and sounds of coqui frogs, iguana, sea birds and native rooter and chickens. The happening plaza of Rincon is just a 6 minute drive and the best surfing beaches less than 10 minute drive.
