Escape from the daily routines in this delightful home just one block from the beach! Being south of Rincon the beach on this side is very calm and perfect for swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking. The house is very well equipped with all you will need for your vacations! -Outdoor terrace with hammock and sitting area -Comfortable Living area -Desk space for working -Dining table -Fully equipped kitchen -Three bedrooms (king, full and two twin beds respectively) -TV in the master bedroom with ROKU -One full bathroom inside -One full bathroom outside -Washer/Dryer -Free parking space Completely private home! You can walk to the beach! A rental car is highly recommended in Rincon although this area is very walkable A starter supply of toilettries is included
