The house is in a suburban neighborhood, has 3 bedrooms as follows: Queen bed in bedroom 1 Twins (2) in bedroom 2 Queen bed in bedroom suite with private bathroom We expect that you take care of our property and inventory, and that you maintain a community family environment for our neighbors. Quiet hours, 9pm to 8am, must be observed. We ask you to turn off air conditioners when not using them. No animals/pets allowed and no additional guests permitted.
