Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base, right in the center of town. Explore the upcoming Salsa, bar and restaurant scene just steps away. This apartment is located on a second floor. Has a private patio with a deck that looks directly at a historic building. I like to greet my visitors, but if you prefer autonomous check-in, there is a lockbox with key available.

Hello! I am a young father of 4 and local business owner. Very pleased and excited for guest to come visit the south of PR and get to stay in our cozy apartment. I am always available to make the guest's experience the best possible, if guest feels comfortable. If not, I completely let guests "do their thing"!

Busy during the weekdays, extremely quiet during weeknights. More activity during the weekends with the upcoming salsa/nightclub, bar and restaurant scene. Walking would be the best option, being steps from everything downtown! Take a bus or a taxicab if you want to explore more of the town outside the city center. You would need a car to reach other towns and cities.
