Hello, We are Brian and Denisse. I moved to Puerto Rico from Atlanta in 2015 and Denisse has lived in PR her entire life. We are excited to host our properties and look forward to making your stay a memorable vacation. We love meeting people from all around the world and really enjoy traveling every chance we get. We love life on this beautiful island. I spend time renovating residential properties and Denisse is a Sales Executive for events and booth exhibits. We enjoy beach days, nightlife, and exploring the island and will be happy to give you as any pointers as you may want.

"Latitude Adjustment" apartment
We installed a FULL GENERATOR on 6.4.24 so you can have confidence that even if the island or the area has a power outage we will have total power.
You will love our totally renovated and fully furnished apartments that are a block and a half from the most beautiful beach in San Juan. It is a very short walk over a pedestrian bridge to the beach, all the best restaurants, hotels, hang-out spots, grocery stores, and pharmacies on the Isla Verde strip. We are not a hotel. Our family has a 2 story apartment building with 1 apartment on each floor that are separate from each other. We also have a house next door with 2 separate 2 BR apartments with 5 total bathrooms. The house will be available by 6.20.24. We live 10 minutes away and are always available if you ever need anything.
We want your stay to be as easy as possible. Everything in the apartment is brand new. For your convenience, we have a fully equipped kitchen, Roku TV, WiFi, beach chairs, cooler, and an extra storage refrigerator.
Please note that if you are elderly and have trouble walking up a flight of stairs, you may have trouble walking over the pedestrian bridge to get to the beach.
周边信息
We are just across the main road from the Isla Verde strip in a neighborhood called Villamar. It is safe and extremely convenient to walk to the beach and all the restaurants Isla Verde had to offer. There is a pedestrian bridge you have to cross that is not handicap accessible though and is not easy for people that have mobility issues though.
