Located in the south, in the parish of Água de Alto, just 5 minutes from Vila Franca do Campo, 15 minutes from Ponta Delgada and with Pedreira beach right in front (access to the beach is via a rudimentary path with about 300 steps). The house has 2 bedrooms with queen bed (an extra single bed can be added), 1 bathroom, 1 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and a terrace with magnificent views over the sea. The street entrance to the property is quite narrow so we suggest small cars. Larger vehicles can park in the viewpoint free park at the entrance to the street Note that the island's climate is very hot and humid, which encourages the appearance of some “undesirable guests” such as cockroaches, lizards and ants. Despite quarterly pest control, in a country house it is impossible to completely eliminate these pests that proliferate across the island. To minimize the entry of these animals, keep doors and windows closed at night as they roam and fly during the night. We locals are used to all this type of wild life but we understand that you are not, so, If you are not a fan of local wildlife this is not the place for you to choose.
