The beautifully decorated apartment is located in a secured luxury condo with an amazing Atlantic Ocean, Garden and Sunset view. It is fully equipped has a high speed internet, and TV with Youtube and Netflix! In the bedroom you find a king size bed with 160-200 cm and in the living room there is a sofa bed what can be used. The complex has 2 swimming pools treated with salt and a tennis court. Just 10 minutes away from the Old Town and the nearest beach Praia do Peneco or Praia do Pescador, 15 minutes from the Marina. Where you can find several restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and shops.

— Gated community with 24-hour security. —Exclusive and reserved for residents and local accommodation —The condominium has green space, 2 swimming pools with salt treatment and a tennis court. —Close to the city center of Albufeira, bars, restaurants, shops and also the Albufeira Marina but, at the same time, very quiet and the apartment has a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. - Close to the bus station - About 35 km from Faro airport - 10-15 minutes walk from the Marina and the Historic Center of Albufeira.
