Está completamente equipado, com roupas de cama, atoalhados e eletrodomésticos. Tem capacidade até 4 pessoas.
Fica situado em local sossegado, perto do Centro Comercial, do Parque de Campismo e da Paragem de autocarros.
Também relativamente perto, pode encontrar supermercados, restaurantes, o Mercado Municipal, cafés e outro tipo de comércio. Mesmo à entrada do apartamento existem bastantes lugares de estacionamento.
A praia fica a sensivelmente 10/15 minutos a pé.
