3 bedroom apartment with sea view, located just a few meters from Consolação beach. The house is fully equipped and prepared for a comfortable stay, with easy parking, without any kind of constraint. The apartment has an open space kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms, the masterbedroom being a suite, and a balcony all around the house with sea views. In addition to being a modern apartment with all the necessary facilities, the strong point of this house is the shared swimming pool on the building's terrace, offering a panoramic view over Consolação and Peniche. Please be aware that there is construction work going on nearby, so there may be noise. The building's lift is currently out of service.

Consolação is an area known for its beach and its calm, ideal for relaxing, taking a walk or enjoying the sunset over the sea. In the vicinity of the house you can find mini-markets, cafes/pastry shops and small shops that serve daily needs :) If you want to shop bigger, about 5 km away, in Peniche there are several supermarkets.
