«This house is in a stunning location but definitely requires a car, as it is uphill from the nearest village. It was well equipped with a pool and sun loungers…..as well as a very friendly wee cat! Parking was very tight!»

Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holiday, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming, and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties, we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others, we take care of the cleaning and maintenance, and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All the properties are known to us personally. Between us, we have over 60 years of experience in tourism, so we like to think we know what we’re doing! Our wonderful and dedicated team also come from many different areas of Tourism and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and customer care. Together, we strive to ensure our guests have a wonderful holiday in Madeira.

Ideal for those seeking a contemporary villa with ocean view a southern exposure and a great holiday feel, Grayci's House overlooks the sea and offers everything you might want in a relaxing villa with private heated pool and air conditioning. Ideal for families and friends, it benefits from the main villa being complemented with a self-contained studio apartment with its own kitchenette and shower-room accessed via an exterior staircase. Located just over a kilometre away from Calheta, reputedly the sunniest and warmest area in Madeira, off the main road and surrounded either side by banana trees, it has the benefit of combining peace and tranquillity with easy access to facilities and to the expressway access. Delightfully decorated, in a contemporary fashion with special personal touches imagined by it's owner, Grayci, the whole front is a superb solarium and heated infinity style swimming pool with sunbeds and outdoor eating facilities set on the edge of the cliff. The house is divided into two living areas. The main part of the house has two bedrooms, and for larger groups there is the annex studio apartment which has its own entrance, a twin bedroom, shower and kitchenette.

Madeira is a walkers paradise. Grayci's House is only a five minute drive away from the express way which provides access to the Madeiran countryside. Less than 5 minutes by car (approximately 3 kilometres away) will take you to the resort town of Calheta, which, with its man-made golden beaches, is popular with tourists and locals alike. Nearest airport - Funchal International Airport, a 55 minute drive Calheta resort town, less than a 5 minute drive The capital, Funchal, a 40 minute drive Calheta is approximately 3 kilometres away Funchal is approximately 35 Kilometres away In Calheta you will find a beautiful marina and a selection of bars and restaurants and a good supermarket. Ribeira Brava, 10 minutes by car, is the next largest town, and offers a greater election of shops, cafés and restaurants, and a couple of supermarkets.

Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

Pool heating is optional and costs EUR 120 per week for a setting of 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival. A supplement of EUR 30 per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC.
