Top-Lage. Eigentlich muss man gar nicht zum Strand gehen, weil man ihm Balkon aus quasi greifen kann. Das Vermieter-Paar war ausgesprochen aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen.

This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with stunning sea views is centrally located on Quarteira's 2km long beach promenade, on the beautiful sandy beach in a prime location. During the summer season, sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach for a fee. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short holiday or a longer stay. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room and a large balcony with stunning sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment haves fast WiFi and a Smart TV. The living room and the master bedroom (double bed) have air conditioning. The second bedroom (twin bed) does not have air conditioning, but there is a mobile fan and with the window open to the sea and the quiet street behind the building there is usually a pleasant draught. In winter, two mobile electric heaters are available in addition to the heating function of the air conditioning system. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The building is equipped with a lift. Parking information: Parking in the surrounding streets is free of charge. There is also an underground car park in the building, which we do not recommend due to the narrowness and steepness of the entrance and therefore do not officially advertise for use by guests. The entrance is located at the rear of the building and is unfortunately only suitable for small cars and experienced drivers. If you still wish to use the underground car park, please contact us in advance to make a reservation.
Your friendly host Adriana lives nearby and is always available to provide information about the area and will help to make your stay unforgettable. Adriana speaks portugese and a little bit english and spanish. Se will be supported by her co-host Markus, who speaks german, english, portugese and a little bit spanish. Note on guest registration: Please note that under Portuguese law, guest registration with a copy of your passport/ID card is required for foreign guests (without residence in Portugal) and access to the apartment is not possible without appropriate registration. We will send you a link to the online registration form as part of your booking confirmation.
There are restaurants, shops and bars on site and several supermarkets and the bus station within walking distance (about 500m). The local fish and fruit market of Quarteira can be reached via the beach promenade in approx. 1km.
