Beautiful Spacious condo located in front of the Marina in Ponta Delgada, steps away from the heart of Downtown . It has an enclosed balcony with Ocean view. This condo is steps away from Shopping Centre's, restaurants, pubs, waterfront walking trails, grocery store, Casino and much more. 100% score for public transportation Fully equipped kitchen, brand new stainless steel appliances, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer & flat iron.

Steps away from the beautiful board walk , Cafe's , restaurant's, pubs, grocery store, seafood restaurants' Tourist and popular places nearby Sete Cidades - 2 lagoons, amid beautiful sight seeing Furnas- Where the famous Portuguese Cozido dish is cooked underground using geothermal heat.
