HOUSE WATER & SALT - 2 bedroom villa in the south of Praia Verde zone, 50 meters from the beach access with air conditioning, cable TV and free WiFi. Excellent Villa in the south of the urbanization, near the beach and the commercial area, in a quiet area. Villa with garden, terraces with sea view, pinewood and Spain. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (with possibility of extra bed) and 2 bathrooms. It has a garden with 20 m2 fully furnished with dining table for up to 8 people. It also has a roof terrace with barbecue, dining area and leisure area, overlooking the sea.
This house is decorated in shades of white, with small decorative notes based on what we find in Praia Verde; Wood, Pine cones, pine needles, sand, seashells, sea stones. The goal is that anyone can rest in a space that only pretends to be a vacation home; Calm, relaxed, uncluttered but with style.It is also a house dedicated to gather people; either in the ground floor garden or on the roof of the house, where we join friends and family at the end of a beach day to enjoy grilled fish and enjoy the warm nights of this area of the Algarve.
