Casa Castedo do Douro is very well located, near the most exciting places and locations at the heart of Douro Valley : St. Mateus Palace (Vila Real) at 30 minutes. ; beatiful village of Lamego at 30 minutes / 30 kms aprox., traditional village of Pinhão (wine farms, Douro river and famous tiles of ancient railway station) at 20 minutes /15 kms, famous village of Favaios at 10 minutes / 8 kms, traditional village of Tua at 10 minutes / 8 kms, prehistoric rock carvings at Foz Côa at 1 hour / 90 kms aprox and International Douro Park at 40 minutes / 30 kms aprox.
