Enjoy a visit in Alte village! It's an artistic, pictoresque village rich in atractions and has a lot to offer in terms of culture! : street art (15 murals!), concert studio "Fado Violetta" where you can atend a wonderfull afternoon Portuguese Fado concert! Local crafts and Gallery of Art. Green leisure areas, natural springwater pools and waterfall! Located in montanious landscape Alte's peacefull surrounding is a perfect base to enjoy walks, trekkings, baths, photography, make beach outings and visits in historical towns like Albufeira, Silves or Loule. Alte will make your visit unforgettable! Beside that: numerous restaurants with local gastronomy, few nice cafes and bars. Casa Cecilia Apartment is placed in the center of the Alte village, yet in the calm and quiet side street. The apartment is not big, but very comfortable and practical, silent and well equipped in everything you may need. Welcome in our cultural village Alte! Casa Cecilia Apartment has all the essencials to refresh yourself, rest, cook, eat, work & enjoy your holiday :)

Hello! Welcome to lovely Alte and Casa Cecilia! I believe you will spend here a lovely holiday. My name is Violetta, I created Casa Cecilia, Portuguese music is my passion, especially Fado. You will probably have an opportunity to experience a live Fado concert in my studio "Fado Violetta" in Alte. Studio is located in Alte very close to the apartment and there are concerts few times in a week. If interested - book it with me :) My profile on Google maps "Fado Violetta", you can also visit my friend's Art Gallery next to the studio, to discover all atractions of Alte and surroundings you will need at least 3-4 days!

The village itself is beautiful, has original architecture and many artistic murals! In the center of Alte there are many bars, cafes and restaurants, there are 2 small supermarkets in the center too. 900meters from the apartment there are big pools with spring water called "Fonte Grande", lovely place for a walk and chill out. In half an hour you get by car to the closest beaches near Albufeira. You will find near Alte places for nordic walking and trekkings like Rocha da Pena and Fonte Benemola.
