A 3 bedroom country house equipped with garage and a large outdoor area with garden, barbecue and sun loungers to enjoy the sun. As well as offering stunning views over the mountains, the property is just a 5-minute drive from Lenta's River Beach, making it the ideal location for families or groups of friends to explore the wonders of Rio Minho and the river beaches of northern Portugal! During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. Please note that charging cars on the property is not allowed, as it may cause damage to both the car and the house. In case of non-compliance, any incurred costs will be charged to the guests.

It is an 8-minute drive from the property. Not forgetting the Lenta and Mota river beaches, inserted in the banks of the river Minho, where you can relax and find tranquility forgotten by the daily routine.
