Casa da Vila was recently entirely renovated to provide guests with the best possible experience. The house now contains 3 suite-bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms and two with an attached balcony. Its architecture and traditional elements, such as the granite walls, are typical for the area. The kitchen and living room (downstairs) are fully equipped. The common spaces offer a warm and cozy atmosphere, including a fire place, large TV and sleeping couch. Besides the pool and outdoor shower, the garden also contains two separate terraces with a large table, BBQ and lounge area.
I'm Joris from the Netherlands. My girlfriend Beatriz (Portuguese) and I are happy to welcome you to our house in Gerês. We hope you enjoy the house and its surroundings and are ready to help you with anything you need :)
In the area (among other things): - 3 minutes to river beach of Souto (Rio Homem) - 7 minutes to river beach of Terras de Bouro, Ecovia walkway above Rio Homem and the village of Terras de Bouro. - 5 minutes to the supermarket. - 2 minutes to restaurants: 'O Vaticano', recognized as one of the best restaurants in the area. - 19 minutes to viewpoint Baloiço do Urjal. - 20 minutes to Braga - 25 minutes to Santuário de São Bento da Porta Aberta - 30 minutes to the river beacher of Rio Caldo and the Gerês Water Park. - 1 hour to Porto International Airport.
