Welcome to Casa de S. Pedro, a charming house in the residential area of São Pedro do Estoril, just 500 meters from the stunning coast and beaches. This beautifully preserved home combines rustic charm with modern amenities, featuring a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and four comfortable bedrooms. Enjoy the unique interior patio for al fresco dining and the convenience of nearby public transport. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the vibrant surroundings. Free street parking is available, but subject to availability. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed and a convenient desk. On the second floor (accessible by the wooden stairs), the house has 3 more bedrooms. Features two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. Note that the shower height is low, so it is not suitable for tall people. Both bathrooms are interior (without windows), so we advise keeping the doors open whenever possible to minimize the accumulation of humidity and odors resulting from the showers. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding 150eur will be charged separately.
