We are couple in our fifties. Love to travel. Hosting has been a wonderful and surprising experience. To feel that we have contributed to a memorable stay in our beautiful island is our biggest reward.

Property information

a modern, spacious 5 bedroom house at the very heart of Ponta Delgada. It was once the USA consul's official residence. Purchased by the actual owners it was totally refurbished in 2000. Enjoy the comfortable living room from where you can access the wide balcony over the garden featuring a tall maidenhair tree. It's a secluded and comfortable home in the center of the city. We love the balconies over the garden and the city.

Neighbourhood information

The house is 10 minutes away from the airport by car. The airport shuttle stops in front of the house. Consul's residence has its own parking space and its perfect for groups. It´s at walking distance (10') from supermarkets.
